News: Huawei P9; New Leaked Image, FCC certified and March 9 is not the date

With Mobile World Congress 2016 already done, and Huawei did not unveil their upcoming flagship smartphone, the P9. But the Chinese company sent out invitations for their unveiling of their new flagship smartphone; the P9 just couple days ago, the event will be on this coming March 9 in Berlin, Germany. Yet, this turns out not to be the case.

A latest report came out from China, tells that Huawei will not be unveiling their upcoming flagship, the P9 this coming March 9 in Berlin. This report came from an unnamed company official, which confirms that Huawei P9 already exist and currently being worked on, also it faces some delays. These delays, maybe cause by having some technical issues about the dual camera setup, which currently leaked out.

Also the unnamed official, claimed that the upcoming Huawei P9 will not have 6GB of RAM as to the rumors claims nor the latest Kirin chipset, instead it likely to have the Kirin 950 chipset that are currently powering the Huawei Mate 8.

As we can see, this allegedly image of the upcoming Huawei P9 leaked out again but with differences. The image shows a dual camera setup as to the confirmation, but this image now is different from the previous leaked, the difference is that no more laser auto-focus this time and the position of front-facing camera and proximity sensor are changed. But still it has the fingerprint sensor but it is now round, which is different in the previous that are square.

This means that this leaked image, is showing some design difference from the previous leaked image of the upcoming Huawei P9.

The upcoming Huawei P9 is already FCC certified as Huawei EVA-L09, and this could higher end version of the smartphone. The four variants of the upcoming Huawei P9 will have 2900 mAh of battery as the FCC documents revealed.
