Mobile World Congress 2016, is
currently been a buzz with the latest technology being unveil, together with
the most anticipated smartphones. Xiaomi did not launch their upcoming flagship
smartphone but it will happen sooner before the event ends. Xiaomi Mi5, Xiaomi’s
upcoming smartphone will be left behind by other rival smartphones in terms of
features, design and specs.
Recently, Xiaomi confirmed that their
upcoming flagship smartphone; the Mi5 will be unveil tomorrow (February 24th)
at the Mobile World Congress 2016 in Barcelona, Spain.
The previous leaked, includes an
image of allegedly Xiaomi Mi5 from Twitter use named Steve Hemmerstoffer. The first
image show the 5.2 inch display with 1080p resolution and fingerprint sensor on
the front. While the other image shows, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 with a clocked
speed of 2.1 GHZ with 3GB of RAM, a 64GB of storage and Android 6.0 on MIUI
7.6.2.1.
New leaked present a most
confirmed rumors about the upcoming Xiaomi Mi5, but it show a different front
camera and battery. Rumors tells that upcoming Xiaomi Mi5 will a feature
microSD card for memory expansion and a dual-sim card support.
The upcoming Xiaomi Mi5 will
measure 144.3 X 70.2 X 6.35 mm. it will support a USB Type-C and USB 3.0 with
Quick Charge 3.0 capabilities. Base on the report, this new fast charging
capability, will be able to charge 80% of battery for about 34 minutes.
Rumors also tells that Xiaomi Mi5
will 26-megapixel back camera with phase detection autofocus and a dual LED
flash. The battery will be 3600 mAh.
According to the rumors, other
features includes NFC, Wi-Fi 802.1 1ad and GPS connectivity.
For the pricing, there is no news
yet about it and many people are waiting for the unveiling of this new flagship
smartphone.
