FIX for bricked iPhone due to weird January 1, 1970 bug



Recently, Many iPhone or iOS device owners fallen into a weird bug, where the date setting is being set to January 1, 1970, and if you set it to the correct date, it will reboot and will result on unusable or brick iOS device. This was a very big problem for Apple now, but it was being claim that it was just a prank, when the date is being set to January 1, 1970, it will reboot with the old Macintosh Logo on it. But, it was a prank that now one seems happy.

Many iPhone owners fall in to this prank and the result was their iPhone are now unusable or brick. But the Apple did acknowledge this issue on their webpage. Also a fix is coming on the upcoming iOS update but, many owners are already brick their iPhones.

If still you don’t set your iPhone’s date, don’t do it or warn your friend about this weird bug on iPhone before it’s too late. But, a new tested fix for this bug have been posted at Youtube. But it will use some small amount of money in your pocket for this fix.

The name of Youtube video, for the fix is “JerryRigEverything”, where you only need to do to fix this weird date bug is to remove the iPhone battery. By cutting off the power of iPhone and reconnect the battery again, the iPhone will be force to reset the date and finally reboot again.

But, as far we know, iPhone don’t have those removable cover at the back, same with Android smartphones.
