Rumor: Pressure-sensitive feature will be built in next Android version


Features are important in the smartphones today, from water-resistant to the latest modular design of LG G5, smartphone users add this to their factor in considering buying a smartphone. Apple’s 3D touch on iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus not really taken the world by storm but, may be because many apps does not have this feature yet. But Android are still looking to incorporate this feature in their devices.

When previous rumors about the Samsung Galaxy S7 will have the pressure-sensitive feature like 3D Touch, but the rumors turns to false, when it does not have the feature during the unveiling.

A new rumor today came out in China, telling that Google will a new software that are necessary for the 3D Touch feature on the next Android version. This will built in in to the Operating System of Android, so that smartphone makers will not make their own software for the 3D Touch feature on their device, this means a faster adaptation of the feature.

According to HTC, they will 3D Touch feature on their Nexus device this year. Since, a rumor tells that HTC will make a two Nexus phone this year. If this rumors will be true, Nexus will become more interesting smartphone this year than the Samsung Galaxy S7 lineup.


Also other smartphone makers such; Xiaomi, Oppo, and Vivo are interested in adding this feature to their smartphones. And this could be the next big innovation in the Android-base smartphone this year, if the rumors will become true.
