Rumor: HTC and Google are both working for the next Nexus smartphone

In 2015, the Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC, consider it as best year for them. According to a report, HTC experience their worst earning loss, about 8 billion Taiwanese dollar lost in just 2^nd quarter of 2015 only. HTC’s smartphone sales are strongly affected by other smartphone manufacturers in the market.

Google Nexus smartphones consider to be one of the best smartphones that are available in the market today. This high-end smartphone never shy into cool features that other high-end smartphones have. Google Nexus can compete with the likes of Samsung Galaxy series, Apple’s iPhones and other smartphones.

The year 2016, might be a better year for HTC, because according to some reports, they are one of smartphone makers that Google considered to have their next flagship smartphone, Nexus series. This year, Nexus smartphones might have two variants now, not the same with last year, where there is only one.

The upcoming Nexus smartphones are being rumored to have a 5 inch and 5.5 inch variants. Both this phones will be pre-installed with upcoming Android N, that we don’t know what’s letter “N” stands for. Tech Times cited a leak via twitter user LIabTooFeR, who said that this upcoming Nexus will have a codenames, it will be HTC Nexus T50 (the 5 inch display variant) and the Nexus T55 (is the 5.5 inch display).

And we know that, this is not the first time HTC and Google work for a Nexus phone, their last collaboration in on a HTC Nexus One.
