In the previous high-end smartphones, a swap-able battery
seems to be a standard feature, where if the old battery will die, you’re just
got to swap it the extra one. But this feature, has been move out, because of
the trend, “irremovable battery”, the example would be Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6
Edge, the iPhones and other high-end smartphones. But this feature, will likely
to return, with help of LG’s upcoming smartphone, the G5.
Recently, a rumor about a removable battery on LG’s upcoming
smartphone, the LG G5. And those about “Magic Slot” on LG G5, where add new module
on it, or swap the batteries, or more even cool add new features to the smartphone.
A latest image, shows a swappable battery in box with LG
logo and name on it. If this image is correct, this truly prove that a “Pop out
Bottom or Magic Slot” of upcoming LG G5 is true not just rumor, and it seems to
look exciting. This leak came from Android Authority, where they manage to snag
a product packaging.
With this feature, the upcoming LG G5 might have edge on
upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7. Also this feature, makes a big sense, where battery
can be swap. And we can only confirm this feature, on February 21, at Mobile
World Congress in Barcelona.
